Moving X programs to new DISPLAYs

The main idea is to allow running programs to be moved from one DISPLAY to another.

Imagine, for example, that you have a program running locally and you suddenly want to interact with it without having to install and set up VNC. Well, the main idea is to do something like "reset_display -p <pid> localhost:10.0" and then you can use that display for that program.

If it is already possible, then it ought to be properly documented.
